If
you’re looking for a good day out this Bank Holiday weekend, you may consider a
trip to The Black Country Living Museum.
We were delighted when an eagle-eyed customer called us to say he had spotted a pair of Jolliman Trousers on display in the window of one of the museum’s shops, H Morrall Mens Wear Specialist.
After a little investigation, the museum kindly sent photos of the shop and the trousers for us to see. Unfortunately we have reused some of our product codes over the years, so it’s been difficult to identify exactly which trousers these are, but we believe them to be the Original Derby Tweed Trousers which we sold in the early 1990s – or Flannel Trousers from the late 1970s!
Whatever they are, we’re just pleased they're showcasing the tradition and history of Jolliman. Special thanks to The Black Country Living Museum for their research – and to the mystery customer who spotted them!
