The biggest question this week seems to be 'Will my orders be delayed by the postal strike?' The good news is that all goods despatched from the Jolliman warehouse to mainland UK are despatched by a private courier service so they won’t be affected.
A small number of products on our site are despatched from a separate warehouse which currently uses Royal Mail, but they are working on finding an alternative method before the threatened action next week.
If you need to return anything to us, it might be an idea to try something new. There are so many companies out there offering alternatives, for example DHL Servicepoint which is available at a multitude of High Street retailers. Just go to the DHL website and follow the steps to find out where your nearest service point is.
